Indepra uses Credits to pay for AI video generation. Your Credits can be used across supported Indepra AI video tools.

The number of Credits required depends on the selected video resolution and generation duration. Before generating a video, the interface displays the applicable Credit rate and estimated total Credit usage.

Current standard Credit rates are based on video resolution:

• 480P: 4 Credits per second
• 768P: 5 Credits per second
• 1080P: 10 Credits per second

For example, a 10-second video costs approximately 40 Credits at 480P, 50 Credits at 768P, or 100 Credits at 1080P.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable purchase page or promotional offer, purchased Credits are intended for use with your Indepra account.

Your available Credits can be viewed from your Indepra account and supported generation interfaces.

No. AI video generation is probabilistic, and generated results may vary from one generation to another.

Depending on the selected workflow, results may include unexpected movements, visual artifacts, inconsistent details, unnatural motion, prompt interpretation errors, audio synchronization issues or other imperfections.

AI video models interpret prompts and reference materials probabilistically. They may not reproduce every instruction exactly as written.

Factors such as prompt wording, input images, reference materials, motion requirements, model behavior and generation conditions can affect the final result.

AI generation results are not guaranteed to perfectly match a user’s creative expectations.

Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. We recommend reviewing your prompt, reference materials and generation settings and trying another generation when appropriate.

Commercial use may be possible depending on the applicable service terms, AI model terms, and the rights associated with your input materials and generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated videos complies with applicable laws, third-party rights and the terms governing the relevant AI services.

If a generation fails because of a confirmed technical or system-side error and no usable video is successfully generated, the applicable Credits may be returned to your account.

Not automatically. AI models are not perfectly predictable and may produce results that differ from what a user expected.

A completed generation that produces a usable video generally consumes the applicable Credits, even when the result is not satisfactory from a creative perspective.

Once a refund is approved, Indepra normally processes the refund within 3–5 business days.

The actual time for funds to appear in your account may also depend on your payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Not necessarily. For international transactions, the final amount received may be affected by payment processing fees, currency conversion, exchange-rate fluctuations or fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Your generated video tasks and available results can be accessed from the My Videos section of your account.

Your account data and generation records are intended to remain associated with your own account.

You should never share your account password or login credentials with another person.
