2. The Indepra Service
Indepra provides online AI-powered video creation tools and related services. Features, models, workflows and available functionality may change over time as the service develops.
3. Accounts

4. Credits and Purchases
Some Indepra services use Credits as a unit of usage. Credits may be purchased through available payment methods.
Credits are intended for use within the Indepra service and are not cash, currency or a transferable financial instrument.

- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
- Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content.

6. Content Policy
Indepra does not allow sexually explicit, pornographic, sexualized, or non-consensual content. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to any uploaded images, videos, or audio.
Users must not upload, generate, or submit content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualized.
- Involves minors in any sexual or suggestive context.
- Depicts real people without their consent, including deepfakes or non-consensual likeness use.
- Violates third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
- Is intended to harass, defame, threaten, or harm others.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
Indepra may reject, restrict, or remove content that violates these rules or applicable laws. Indepra reserves the right to refuse to process requests and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.
7. User Content
You are responsible for the images, videos, audio, text, characters, trademarks and other materials that you upload or use with Indepra.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use the materials you provide to the service.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated results may vary and may contain unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable results. Indepra does not guarantee that every generated result will meet a particular creative or commercial requirement.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but AI generation services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, model limitations or technical failures.
